Depois de cozida, retirar a folha de louro e bater no liquidificador. Coloque 25 g de mussarela light ralada na hora de servir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Essa sopa pode ser considerada uma refeição completa e ótima sugestão para o seu jantar. Contém carboidrato (da abóbora), proteína (do leite e da mussarela) e algumas vitaminas, como o betacaroteno, além do cálcio devido à presença de leite e queijo. Apesar de a abóbora conter carboidrato, ela não é muito calórica, 150 gramas tem aproximadamente 60 kcal. pó&lt;br /&gt;300 g de açúcar&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Para caramelizar a fôrma:&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 xícara (chá) de água&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de fazer:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Num liquidificador coloque ovos, água, leite em pó e açúcar e&lt;br /&gt;bata até que a mistura fique bem homogênea.&lt;br /&gt;Transfira a mistura para uma fôrma de pudim (20 cm de diâmetro X&lt;br /&gt;7 cm de altura) caramelizada (instruções abaixo) e leve ao forno&lt;br /&gt;pré-aquecido a 250º C em banho-maria por 1 1/2 hora.&lt;br /&gt;Retire o pudim do forno, espere esfriar e leve para a geladeira.&lt;br /&gt;PARA DESENFORMAR, coloque a parte de baixo da fôrma RAPIDAMENTE&lt;br /&gt;sobre a /&gt;Apanhe os filés de peito de frango e passe-os nesta mistura.&lt;br /&gt;Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Bata no liquidificador o pacote de bolacha água e sal até que fique uma farinha bem fininha.&lt;br /&gt;Acrescente o queijo parmesão ralado.&lt;br /&gt;Empane os filés de peito de frango com esta farinha.&lt;br /&gt;Forre uma assadeira com papel alumínio e coloque os filés, cubra com o papel.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque para assar em forno médio por 30 a 40 minutos, dependendo da grossura do filé.
